Introduction

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the personal data that ClawCloud (Singapore) Private Limited (“ClawCloud”, "we", "our", or "us") collects and processes in connection with your access to or use of the website <www.agb.cloud> (collectively, the “Website”), as well as the products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided on the Website. Please note that all terms capitalised but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning set out in the Terms.

By registering as a user on the Website, you agree and consent to us collecting, using, disclosing, and/or sharing your personal data, and disclosing your personal data to our authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner and for any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, and you further agree to the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA").

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must not register as a user on the Website for use of the Services.

This Privacy Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to us in respect of your personal data, and any consents you may have provided in connection with this Privacy Policy are cumulative and additional to any rights which we may have under applicable law to handle or process your personal data.
